We will begin with guided pranayama breathwork and a gentle Yoga Sangraha practice, weaving together grounding and calming techniques to support balance in the nervous system. From there, you’ll drift into an immersive sound bath for healing and deep rest.

What to expect:

• 60 minutes guided guided pranayama + gentle Yoga Sangraha practice
• 30 minutes sound meditation for deep relaxation
• A quiet closing moment

All levels are welcome, no experience necessary. Limited spots.
